Annie Cunningham is a proud native of Lawton, Oklahoma, whose love for God’s Word and passion for sound biblical teaching deepened during her time at Dallas Baptist University. There, she not only cultivated her faith and theological foundation but also developed a heart for discipleship and Gospel-centered community.
Annie is married to Shannon Cunningham, Lead Pastor and Church Planter at The Cross Baptist Church, and together they are raising four sons. Her greatest desire is to see women grow in their knowledge of Scripture and find their deepest purpose and satisfaction in Jesus Christ.
When she’s not pouring into the lives of others, you’ll likely find Annie reading a good book, playing pickleball, target shooting, traveling, or watching British period dramas — despite the collective groans of the five men in her house.
Her journey is shaped by the strong values and work ethic instilled in her from childhood, a genuine love for people, and — above all — the redemptive grace of Christ that continues to transform her life.
